I've had the W-Touch for a couple of months now. It is nice and large with the precision drivers so swipe and touch response are good. Physical clicks require a bit of force and now wish that there were a tactile ridge on the pad to know if I'm in the Left or Right click area. This would be helpful since the pad is so large that your index finger might be close to the center when you want to click and hold. But there is a big annoyance that the Sleep Delay is quite short. So say you're using it watching short videos, the thing goes to sleep and requires a click to wake it up. It probably is about saving battery, however, it is very annoying. I wish there were a way to set this sleep time (or even have a separate control software as Windows trackpad is pretty sparse). No firmware update seems to be forthcoming, so will just have to live with this annoyance which keeps this from being a superior trackpad.

it is not really precise. The cursor twitches. Touchpad turns off after some minutes of inaction

The trackpad on Windows is laggy and no where near as smooth as the Surface book trackpad. If there was a firmware update I wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to others as it’s better than Apples trackpad. And the color is beautiful. Brydge please make this trackpad smoother

It does what it is supposed to do and does it well.

I like having a separate touch pad so I don't have to bend my wrist to use the built-in one. But this one is annoying. It turns off it it isn't used for several minutes. And when I'm scrolling with 2 fingers, it often opens something I'm scrolling over. It can be unresponsive to clicks & I have to repeat them. I have a Surface & use Windows 10.

It does what it does, and I got it because my wrist was hurting (even when using an ergonomic mouse). A trackpad was better for me, and it does a great job at noticing my taps, swipes, and multi-finger gestures. (I'm really glad I have the multi-finger gestures back.) The battery is good, but I also don't have a similar product to compare it to. There are two main issues, which I would really like to see improved. First, the mousepad—while pretty large—is kinda short on the up/down axis. I find my fingers falling off the top and bottom edges while scrolling and doing other normal tasks. A 3x4 ratio would have fixed this. Second, there is noticable lag in the Bluetooth, compared to even cheap bluetooth mice. For the price of the trackpad, it feels like the value is lacking (at least in 2020/2021). But it was the only simply designed, large trackpad that I could find which would support all of the Windows gestures, so there wasn't much choice in what to get.

Half satisfactory, but regrettable 1. It would be nice if it was improved to a noiseless product 2. It would be nice if it could be touched as well as charged in a wired state in the state of Bluetooth disconnection. 3. How about making for Mac and Android?

The shutdown every few minutes and need to disconnect and reconnect to reactivate is ridiculous. Hope the company finds something to fix this fast, or your market will never trust your products again. Faster to you the zoom buttons in adobe, or in the browsers, than to reset all the time.
