Absolutely terrible product. Even though it looks nice, it is way too small. The precision is just too low, so the cursor keeps missing the target, which causes a lot of fatigue! Customer support is terrible, returns only allowed in 30 days, they don’t pay for shipping, and only refund you partially. This is a terrible company and you should not buy this product under any circumstance.

When I am using the trackpad in my leisurely computer work I have no complaints. However, I cannot use this device as soon as I begin any program for video conferencing. The trackpad begins lag so much that it is completely useless. I've never had this problem with any Bluetooth mouse, and I've had to resort to using a different mouse when it is time for my video conferencing.

Several years now I've been waiting for someone to make a standalone touchpad that is Precision Touch compatible, allowing native gestures. I'm super happy to be able to customize gestures on Windows. It's boosted my productivity quite a bit. My only real critique is that the mechanical push-to-click is clunky. It makes a lot of noise, and probably travels a little too far. The Logitech t650 had a softer, subtler click that was nice. Fortunately, you can tap-to-click with this thing, so it's not the end of the world. If version two had this feature I'd upgrade in a heartbeat.

I feel like the "depression" of the device for the click is too deep. Deeper than the Surface Laptop 3 I use. Battery is impressive so far.

Looks very good, but poor reaction. Using Apples magic track pad instead with drivers you can find online. It's much more responsive. Disappointed with this product. Was hoping it would be as responsive Microsoft's surface laptop 2 track pad. Unfortunately it isn't.

Great when it works, but seems to stop working 1-2 times per day requiring me to recycle Bluetooth on the laptop. In a separate instance, the cursor movement became inconsistent with my finger movement - fixed by power cycle of the device. Much nicer but not as reliable as my laptop touchpad.

I tried to use 2 different trackpads on a custom tower PC and with a Surface. Their performance on both was so jumpy when simply moving the cursor or trying to scroll that I couldn't use them.

Great build quality, very happy to finally have a Windows Trackpad that rivals Apple's Magic Trackpad Still has room to improve but I'm happy
