“The W-Touch is a nice touch pad and as responsive as my Surface Book 2. It has a good click, if a little bit too firm, but satisfying. Wish it has some companion software to provide better customization as it only uses the standard Windows setting. Only real gripe is that it goes to "sleep" fairly fast and requires a click to wake it (I guess swiping might wake it, but I always click). I wish I can control the sleep mode timing.”

“happy with this touch pad. sometimes my wrist starts to hurt when I've been using my regular mouse for hours. this is the best alternative. hight recommended.”

“High quality product that I am very happy with. I was not sure of price at first but I am very happy I purchased it. Touch pad has a great feel and is very sturdy. It also has great battery life and it pairs quickly with any device I have used it on. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a touch pad mouse.”

“Is it really that challenging to bring Apple build quality to the PC ecosystem? Why are the PC product developers so afraid of an industrial design that goes beyond plastic. By PC standards this is an excellent product, amazing build relative to your competitors! Personally I would have made it 40% taller and tried something other than a hinge-click design and charged another 50 bucks. Also, the textured surface creates a jittery friction that makes gesturing harder.”

“I have not purchased this device, and maybe I will not. But this is pretty much the only device we can find for Windows so far. I saw many people mentioned about the lag on windows, and I found the Bluetooth version is still 4.2. I am looking forward to seeing the second generation of this device, and please equip it with Bluetooth 5.0 and above.”

“I have sent three support emails and no reply. It's bad practice not to call me. W-touch does not stay connected. Computer says it's connected but mouse does not work. Please call me. Order number 131978”

“I got my w-touch on Friday of last week. Works great but disappointed. At first it works great but when I leave my desk for 10 mins or so, I come back and not working. I can't have this. Sent email to support yesterday and today. No phone number to call. You have to send an email. I need this fixed. I use it for work due to my hand.”
