Was so wishing not to have to do this! I ordered a Brydge keyboard and iPad screen protector for my son... got the message it had shipped but it never arrived. I’ve tried on numerous occasions to contact the company through their web site. Can’t find a phone number. Website even has a place to inquire about lost orders... but no answer! Terrible customer service! I was going to order another one for myself as I bought one a couple years ago and really like it. But I’m so disappointed in this company that I will not do it. Better luck to you if you do!

When the rubber foot broke off the keyboard it pushed the metal plate into the iPad screen protector and cracked it.

It’s not tempered glass it’s definitely plastic and it’s too flimsy to actually protect the screen.

So far so good. It was easy to put on. I usually have issues with screen protectors.

Somehow I applied the Brydge screen protector without any dust, fingerprints or bubbles, but not before reading, re-reading and re-reading again instructions which didn’t match up with the product. Positions of key items like peeling tabs and positioning strips were different than what the application instructions showed; causing me to worry that I was about to screw up the entire enterprise. Finally, I decided to ignore the step by step diagram altogether and wing it. The Brydge Flexible Tempered Glass Screen Protector for 12.9” iPad Pro (whew!) is substantial, beautifully glossy and less prone to finger smears. Functionally, there’s nothing new which is a very good thing because both Face ID and The Pencil are unaffected—but honestly I really didn’t need the extra gray hairs performing the installation.
