“I have had this keyboard for less than 6 months and the only reason I’m giving it a star is because of the customer service. The shims broke upon first use and scratched both the screen and back of my iPad. When I installed the second pair of shims they lifted my glass protector. Then the battery life on the keyboard never works properly. It alerts me that it is low by blinking, but when I go to check the battery, it lights up three times indicating 75% battery. Additionally, it never charges fully, no matter how long I leave it. For $150, you’re much better off with something from Amazon. I am totally disappointed.”

“Solid construction. Keys are relatively good. Some noted resistance in typing, though, likely to improve as I get used to it. Negatives: heavy; can’t flip the tablet 180-degrees around to be used in tablet mode, must remove tablet from keyboard; no MUTE button on function keys.”

“Poorly designed. Hinges give way with the slightest movement. Broke my screen protector. No real protection for the back of my iPad, just a magnetic flap which shifts and easily pops off. This doesn’t even match up with a $50 keyboard and case from Targus. Watch out for their return policy. They get to decide how much your refund will be. It just isn’t the same company or product they were two years ago...junk and poor customer service.”
