“Customer service appalling-sent the correct keyboard but wrong case as had no stock with no warning when ordering- then took months to provide the correct cover, rude response when asked about it, lack of info about when replacement would arrive. Product good quality- if a little heavy”

“Love this keyboard. Matches iPad perfectly and creates the perfect laptop experience. I am an instructor at a college and this is easy to carry with me and make notes on the go. Turning the iPad around makes the keyboard a stand that is great for watching videos or just keeping the screen at a good viewing angle. Second purchase and zero complaints. Also zero lag. Did Apple make this?”

“The keyboard itself feels tactile, sturdy and very high quality. The hinges are perfectly balanced in terms of secure fit and flexibility. Once installed the unit is sublime becoming greater than the sum of its parts. Bluetooth connectivity is seamless and secure. Worth every penny and then some.”

“Hi, guys, No issues with the keyboard itself - it works perfect. But after half a year of usage I pulled the ipad out of keyboard for travelling and was surprised to see clue left by the ‘fixers‘ of the keyboard on the front and back of ipad. The clue was sticky very difficult to remove. The only disappointment so far but I’m not sure how to use it again. How would you recommend to remove the clue? Thanks!”

“I owned a Brydge keyboard for my 1st generation iPad Pro and loved it. It feels like one is actually typing. So when I bought a new 3rd gen iPad 12.9 Pro last year I purchased the appropriate Brydge keyboard for it. Unfortunately I must report that the keyboard has been a disappointment. 1) The hinge with rubber inserts or linings is a significant flaw. Those darn rubber thingies eventually come loose and you have to buy and glue another one or to the hinge. If you don't replace them, you risk scratching the iPad glass (which is what happened to me). The older Brydge keyboard model did not have this problem. 2) Some of the keys are sticky. Do a search around the web and you'll find that this is a problem for a significant number of users of this keyboard. Again, the older Brydge keyboard did not have this problem, at least mine didn't. I can report that Brydge's support system is very good, though contact is restricted to email and it takes them a few days to respond to the initial email. They will work with you to make things right. I have nothing but praise for them. Unfortunately, no support system can overcome the design flaws of this particular keyboard. For this reason I cannot recommend it.”
