“I have used a lot of different keyboards for my iPad and this keyboard is by far the best! Not only is the keyboard well designed and works perfectly, but their customer services is amazing. After almost a year my battery stopped charging and I sent it to Brydge and they wrote back that they had gotten it to charge. I replied that it charges fine for a while then will not charge for a few days before charging again and I would prefer them to send me a new keyboard. To my amazement they replied by saying they will take my word for it and send me a new keyboard! I was blown away this company actually has integrity,something that is rare these days. These keyboards are expensive but worth every penny. Thank you Brydge!”

“Looks like a really durable case and keyboard seems to mimic the MacBook. but, I wish this case had a headphone jack, given the fact that the iPad itself no longer has a built-in headphone jack. yes there is a dongle for that, but if the case had one, then you can charge the iPad while having headphones plugged in simultaneously.”

“All this hype for MONTHS about being the first 1000 who order, will have a deliver of April 15th... and now it’s pushed to maybe May 20th????? Sounds like VIPs became priority!”

“They told me “we're getting your order ready to be shipped.“ That was a month ago. No shipment in sight and they have been holding onto my money all this time. I’m sure they’ve amassed a pretty penny in interest doing this to countless customers. What happen to doing honest business and not charging people until you actually have a product to give them. I didn’t give you money so you could invest in R&D on the product. I gave you money for the product.”

“Everything I hear about the keyboard is just awesome. I have seen previous keyboard made by this company and I was always impressed. I have placed my order, also consider canceling it. But after I spoke with the customer service representative he assured me that I would get my keyboard and I would love it. I am going to have to go by the Apple keyboard due to the timing of when I place my order. I am now convinced that although I don’t have the product yet I will not be disappointed. You have built a wonderful company image. Keep up the good work!”

“Its a great looking project, but glaringly missing the ability to store the apple pencil without buying the additional sleeve. I have another cover right now, and it allows the pencil to sit on top of the iPad while still being in the case and protected while in travel. Wish this would have been considered, but I'm sure this will be a good addition to my work tools”
