I’ve been in the “computer business” since 1967 and, based on sad experiences, this has become my motto for ALL hardware and software product releases. I’ve engaged with Brydge for my iPad Pro 12.9 TWICE now. The first one - like many others of that vintage - developed problems with keyboard functionality and, when I asked for a warranty replacement, Brydge was unable to supply same for something like three months (maybe longer). I opted for a refund and went with a Chinese knockoff in the interim. When Brydge started offering their OLD keyboards at a discount - in apparent anticipation of the market for same drying up because of the new iPad Pro - I opted to try again. After a matter of weeks, one entire row of keys quit functioning. This time, I got a warranty replacement (from Amazon) in timely fashion and THIS keyboard has been functioning properly for several months. When they work, Brydge keyboards are a delight to use. When they don’t, they’re a pain in the butt. SO - - pre-ordering a NEW product from Brydge would be, for me, ordering the proverbial “Pig in a Poke”. No thanks! I’ll let others jump up out of the trench to take the first round of bullets and will wait for LOTS of feedback before upgrading my iPad and ordering the Brydge keyboard/case. I AM hopeful!!

I ordered early March for my 12.9 Pro yet you charged my card before shipping in perhaps April or May. You should be charging at the time of shipping. If the products get here unworkable, damaged or other problem two months after I paid for it how do I file a timely claim with my credit card. And don't tell me you would honor a claim in today's market of sketchy here today gone tomorrow business.

Offering preorders 6 months prior to shipping is just a way of using customers’ cash to pay for manufacturing so that your working capital is better than it should be. Shame on you for doing this. This is borderline unethical to fraudulent. If you were sincere you wouldn’t do this under pretext of gauging interest. Apple makes a far more complicated product by they do preorder for only 2-3 weeks. You’re fleecing customers indirectly

I have not owned an iPad since the original without a Brydge keyboard. They truly thought of everything when laying out the keyboard, from a sleep key to audio. I also love the fact that they matched the space grey color and now even have an included back plate with the keyboard. I have already purchased the 15mA portable power bank to round out a truly portable config. Can’t Wait for the keyboard to ship.

I bought a Brydge keyboard for my iPad Pro, Gen 2 less than a year ago. I loved it so much, I decided to get a MacBook Pro. My iPad is nice, but it's not a computer, so I got the MacBook Pro. I love IT! However, it's not an iPad. So I just completed an order for a Gen 3 iPad Pro. And naturally, I've pre-ordered a new Brydge keyboard for that device. Now you can see how the Brydge has cost me a ton of money. A new iPad Pro, and Brydge keyboard, and a MacBook Pro. Please be careful! These things are dangerous!!

I pray that it is what it says it’s going to be. From what I heard this is all I need to make my iPad complete. Now I have to wait like a child on Christmas. This I don’t like. Will review update once it arrives.

I have had a Brydge Keyboard for my iPad Pro since 2016, it fits and works flawless, everyone thinks its a small Mac, I just purchased my wife a new iPad Pro 11 and pre-ordered the new Brydge Keyboard. I got her different brand keyboard in the mean time so she could use the iPad Pro like I do until her new Brydge keyboard comes in, after using this other brand keyboard I tell you nothing compares to the way the Brydge works and the quality of the keyboard! We stopped using the other brand keyboard altogether, can't wait for her to experience the new Brydge keyboard when it arrives!

I have been looking for an iPad keyboard that works for me and this seems to be the one. I have above averagely large hands and the small keyboard that comes with the iPad Pro is just not big enough for me to type. So it seems this solves all my problems. One thing that I saw from the videos and pictures is that the iPad and the case paired together is pretty thick. The whole idea behind the new refinements in the ipads is just to make it slimmer. I would have to see the case in person to see ultimately how thick it is but it would be nice to list some where on the website the combined thickness. It almost seems that when you put the keyboard and the iPad together it is the same thickness of two iPads:(
