“I have sent a few emails about the order, but this email is the one I can’t believe did not get a response? {Natalie, I ordered a new keyboard for my 2018 IPad Pro… 02/05 02/05 SP * BRYDGE 4352147485 UT $192.66 THIS IS THE CHARGE ON MY MASTERCARD FOR THE KEYBOARD… WHY WOULD YALL CHARGE ME IF YOU HAVEN’T PRODUCED IT YET?} So, I ordered the Keyboard, and now I am charged for it and absolutely ZERO response. I am really concerned, because I have had 3 different keyboards prior with prior iPad models. The customer service WAS GREAT?? But after no response I would have to give Brydge a 1 on a scale of 1-10.”

“I am just waiting to save the money to buy this keyboard I have the 2 gen keyboard and that shit was badass and this new one look really badass can’t wait to get one in my hands. And one more thing why do people bitch about the keyboard not getting one soon enough if you want something of this quality shit that take time I can’t wait to save my money and get one.
