“I ordered a Brydge keyboard for my 2021 iPad Pro 11". The pictures on the website show the large, square brackets and the magnetic cover has the large, square cutouts. When I received the product, it had the small, L-shaped brackets with the large, square cutouts. Brydge customer service made it right, but the website picture is incorrect and it looks weird having a mismatch. Overall, this is a solidly built keyboard and great functionality. It is a great accessory for your iPad, they just need to make the website and product shipped match. Do that...And 5 stars easy!”

“I am on my third Brydge key board. The first two on one generation of the ipad 11 and my most recent with a current ipad 11 upgrade. I’m extremely please with it and it meets my needs. I have had a few issues,but Brydge has always done their best to address them.. I highly recommend it if you want a robust and protective keyboard. It is heavier than all the keyboards I have seen, but likewise, the most durable.”

“The keyboard is very high quality and well made. Feels really good to the touch. I had a problem with the battery in my unit when IU got it. I contacted their customer support and they addressed the problem immediately. I am so happy with them and will surely buy from them again. Other companies could take lessons on customer service from Brydge.”
