“Not happy with the size and color. Your company needs clearer communication through its advertisement as to the “actual” size to fit the IPad. I’ve now had 3 different keyboards from you company and unfortunately this will be the last I purchase.”

“I’ve had the Brydge Pro for a couple of months and while the keyboard itself is great, the rubber pieces are already coming off both the bottom and at the hinges. If you only intend to ever use your iPad as a laptop replacement it’s probably fine, but I’m concerned that removing the iPad from the keyboard is going to make this completely unusable in a short amount of time. The fit is also extremely tight, which can be good, but I have to use so much pressure to get the iPad in and out that I feel like I’m going to break something on it. The back cover that comes with it is okay, but comes off easily. Again, I think this is a good option if you want a portable, touchscreen, laptop replacement. But as I like to use my iPad both horizontally and vertically, it seems like there’s going to be issues and I think I would prefer a clamshell style keyboard case where inserting and removing isn’t going to do damage to the keyboard.”

“It is an awesome bluetooth keyboard but itʻs just the hinged clips that supposed to hold on to my iPad is the problem. Every time I open my iPad, it pops out. I repeated have to push it back in. Also the rubber padded cushings are starting to tear. Lastly, the magnetic iPad covers keeps falling off. I may have to get an apple magic keyboard.”

“Excellent case and Keyboard. I had another brand that broke because the pivot joint on the keyboard was too weak, but the Brydge case has solved this issue and the case works well.”

“I was sent the wrong keyboard and Brydge would not take any responsibility for the error. I have an iPad Pro gen2, admittedly old but still works fine. I have a Brdge keyboard that fits but it has stopped working. I ordered the replacement keyboard on sale for $99 - but they sent me one for gen 3/4. They are out of stock on the gen 2 version —- it makes me wonder if that’s why the switch occured. The online sales confirmation doesn’t include specifics on the order, so I can’t prove what happened. Brydge requires that I pay return shipping and charges a restocking fee.”

“It didn’t fit the new iPad Pro 5th generation. Unfortunately the iPad Pro didn’t arrive until after the 30 day Brydge no-return policy period lapsed, so I have a keyboard that doesn’t work for me.”
