“This is, without question, the worst POS I have ever spent money on. I wouldn’t recommend one of these to anyone...unless it was someone I really didn’t like. If it worked it would have been ok. But it didn’t! Some of the keys didn’t register and hitting the "i" key would cause the work you’re doing to crash. My biggest mistake was not buying it from Amazon. I would have already sent it back. Never again will I buy anything direct.”

“We were excited to order and receive the keyboard and presumed cover for our new iPad Air 4th gen when it arrived. However, due to confusing information on the web page, the actual cover included does not fit. There is a disclaimer on the web page, but it does not explain that the included cover is essentially useless; the magnets that hold it in place do not line up with those on the iPad 4! Had I known that, I would not have ordered. Also, the amount of coverage of this design is less than ideal. Our current iPad keyboard cover allows the device to sit in a full cover. My Wife uses it and the cover is really worn, but the iPad is pristine. That's what I was hoping for here, no such luck. Now I will be charged restocking fees and will have to pay to ship it back. Needless to say I cannot recommend this keyboard or company.”

“The bridge does not fit my iPad Pro . I have a 2nd generation and it is too big to fit in the iPad holder and hinges are very stiff. Having trouble returning it as packaging material is no longer available . Big waste of several hundred dollars”

“This isn’t my first Brydge keyboard. As I went from an iPad Air to a 10” pro and now a 12.9 pro. I know what I’m getting when I buy a Brydge keyboard and I continue to purchase them.”
