I used to love this keyboard, I’ve only had it for 3 months and randomly certain keys stopped working. I tried reconnecting the Bluetooth, charging the keyboard but the certain keys still do not work. Letters P, the delete button, enter button, question mark key, all stopped working randomly. I would suggest going with the higher priced items - you will always run into problems with the cheaper stuff. Loved it but, not so much anymore.

The case is very nice but heavy. Would be nice to make it lighter to carry.

I received a defective product that you guys sent me months ago and I have emailed multiple time and justin has yet to try to resolve the issue or even return my emails

I am a long time multiple user. This unit does not charge -- customer service is not customer friendly - tells you to call a number and the voice mail was full.

I’ve only had it a month and it seems glitchy. I’ve had to disconnect and reconnect multiple times. It kinda disappointing for a $150 keyboard.

Love the product. What I find frustrating was the amount of money I spent to have a device show up that had the “light key” coated in some type of glue like substance and I had to perform surgery to get the keyboard to stop constantly flashing off and on every 3 min. Customers shouldn’t have to do this with products they spend this much money on.
