“This keyboard is great in many ways...but it has poor access to bottom of iPad screen to choose options or to swipe up. It would be easy to redesign the hinge to fix this. I have seen other keypads that avoided blocking the bottom of the screen. Otherwise it is a great keyboard!”

“I was gifted this product for Xmas 2018. By November 2019 the keyboard quit functioning. When I contacted the company, I was told they would give me a gift card for $49.99, much less than the original purchase price, to go towards their new product that would be available in the next mont or so. So not only would they not refund any money, they expected me to buy another of their products (to break in less than a year?) for which I would have to fork over at least $40.00 more to get. Not acceptable at all. I would never buy from this company.”

“I’ve had a few of them, for each iPad... and they are simply the best. I have owned several Brydge keyboards and love them exponentially. A recommendation... put the BT pair button anywhere EXCEPT the bottom/front... when I open up the iPad/KB 180 degrees, and set it upright, the BT pair button is always pushed in, and tries to reset the BT constantly... so it is impossible to set it upright 180 degrees... which the KB is designed to do... in theory. Also, put the charge port on the SAME SIDE as the iPad charge port, so the cables all run on the same side. (The larger 9.7 have these features.) However, those are small suggestions for the mini or any Brydge that doesn’t have them, yet. These KBs are near perfect. Every now and then I get one with a sticky or squeaky key (I just use WD-40)... but Brydge is still sooooo MUCH better than the competition. People always ask me about my iPad-Brydge combo. It just looks and feels great, and I get so much work done! The mini is a perfect travel companion. I can’t say enough good things. They need a few more tweaks, but near perfect, and none are better. I stand by them as an iPad user... recommended HIGHLY!!!!”

“Both the original and the replacement had an extreme lag, some buttons were over sensitive, some didn't work. I followed all their recommendations to fix it, and it would have required a "hard" reset every time I wanted to use it.”

“Hinge great concept but prevents using bottom half of screen. Dock multitask gestures (split screen, app switcher) + bottom menu (for any app that has the menu bar at the bottom), requires you to life it out of hinge to use. That happens quite a lot as apple default position for menu bar is at base of screen needs ability to sit 1-2cm higher, and still be firm in place (which is only possible when fully in hinge)”

“though i signed up to be notified when this keyboard would be available, i have heard nothing. I appreciate Brydge collecting the list, but it’s not enough without some sort of feedback. I prefer not to wait for something if there’s no date for its release - for that matter, I don’t even no if the list is real and that I am on it.”
