“Loved this keyboard for my iPad a mini 5. (Except that the little bottom feet constantly fall off.) But I sold my iPad Mini 5 and update to an iPad Mini 6. Where is the keyboard for the iPad Mini 6? This seems like a big hole in your product line. Can you explain when we might see one, or if. Not, why not?”

“I asked Brydge on their Facebook page when they were going to release a keyboard for the iPad Mini 6, and they said they had no plans for one. Frankly, I probably wouldn't have upgraded my Mini 5 if I'd known that, and now I'm having buyer's remorse (and I traded my old one in. There really aren't any keyboards on the market that can compare, and no, the one for the 5 does not fit the 6. Come on, guys, read these reviews! We need one!”

“This is a very good tablet keyboard—it may be the best one currently available for the 5th Gen iPad mini. However, I was extremely disappointed when I received mine to find that the globe Key does not work with the new iPadOS keyboard shortcuts. Instead, the Globe Key on the Brydge 7.9 is limited to picking other keyboard languages and will do nothing else. I chose to program the Caps Lock key as the Globe Key in system settings, which is an acceptable compromise. However, when I contacted support asking about the Globe Key functionality, they were clueless and less than helpful. It was a frustrating experience. TL:DR - A good keyboard, Globe Key is limited in iOS 15.”

“There's not a keyboard of quality out there that's made for the iPad Mini 6, so a modified version of the 7.9 to fit the Gen 6 would have zero competition. PLEASE. Let's do this, Brydge!”
