“I came across this keyboard and had my reservations. However I was very surprised and ecstatic I bought the keyboard. It was more expensive that some competitors. The keyboard is robust. Takes knocks well. It looks and feels amazing with my iPad and seems part of the iPad rather than a third party keyboard. It is a great cover for the screen of the iPad and the carrier bag is an awesome supplement. Thank you”

“Extremely poor customer service. I wanted to order the Brydge 7.9 keyboard for my iPad mini 4, BUT the pricing was screwed up. On one page the keyboard was priced at $69.99, but when I went to order it, the price was $139.00 plus shipping. No telephone number or quick way to resolve the problem. You have to wonder why these people are so poorly organized and out of touch with modern customer service protocols. Anyway, they lost a sale to me.”

“When you push the shift key it either won't type at all or it won't capitalize the letter. Occasionally it will work but most of the time not. I would like to talk to someone by phone. My number is 918-645-1977.”

“The keyboard is nicely constructed and sturdy. It attaches easily and firmly to the iPad and matches the design and style of the iPad. Installation is easy and Bluetooth connectivity works flawlessly. I would highly recommend it with one change - the recharging cable is rather flimsy and way too short - it should be at least as long as the iPad charging cable. If your USB ports are on the floor this cable is pretty useless. Change the cable and send a replacement to all your customers.”
