“it arrived Thursday, charged it up and tried to connect it to my mini I Pad4 on Friday but the little button that I'm supposed to push for three seconds to connect the Bluetooth is broken- it's stuck flush with the case and doesn't connect. I emailed customer service as there is no phone number to call. They said they will get back to me, for instructions on returns, warranties, but I haven't heard back yet.”

“Shipped via FedEx SmartPost (whatever that is) and it’s showing 10 days before delivery. Original shipping notice showed a ship date of 2/8 with delivery of 2/10 - NOW it shows delivery date of 2/18. Ten days to ship from Ca to Il ?? That is NOT acceptable.”

“Excellent product, just got it today quality is spot on. Pros Definitely does make an ipad look like a macbook and gives some functionality it would not have without it. Buttons give great feedback backlight is nice build quality is ... wow. is definitely as advertised, hing is nice. Cons Some screen real estate is blocked by the keyboard. For example typing an email, if you slide it down to look in to your emails. You have to take it out to slide email back up. Pretty much every function that uses that function in that area of screen is gone. does not work with case, even the apple brand thing case I have. This will be staying at home I will not be taking this to work or class. (some people live dangerously) I do not. The metal on phone and case is slippery. no siri button functionality on the mini”

“The build quality appears very good. No problems with the build. However the screen disappears at the bottom when raised. The keyboard is fast. The attachment is really my only concern. You have to pinch the hinge to get the right tension. I just got it so I don't know how that will hold. If that is all on the hinge I can live with it. For the price I would have thought the attachment point would be better. Not sure what happens if the rubber tears or wears out. I would not think it was made to take on and off without the rubber eventually being destroyed or lose its holding grip. I will keep it for now and hope for the best.”

“Ordered one. They charged me for it and haven't shipped anything. I've emailed customer support a couple times and they just ignore my inquiry. Buyer beware, I'm out $$$s.”
