“Loved keyboard, then after 1.2 years and out of warranty keys started being weird. They work sporadically depending on website. I think keyboard needs an update but the updating app doesn't work.”

“I have so enjoyed using my Brydge I have had it literally one year and a month and one of the corners broke that holds my Ipad in place. I should have contacted you sooner. It is my hope that you will see my note i sent to support and replace it.”

“Loved this keyboard ..changed to this one from a Zagg because of constant "hinge " issues...was very impressed with the Brydge..worked great for quite a while..they huge issues with again The Hinges..it does not hold the 12.9 Ipad anymore...as I am typing this I have to keep catching my Ipad from falling backwards..the hinges no longer hold...just looking for a "FIX" and advice from Brydge...you cannot get anyone to talk t;o you....Customer Service is 99% of a good company and a good product...Beware love the Keyboard...but the hinge has really bad issues over time....and Brydge does not care!!!!!!!!!”

“I purchased a space grey keyboard. I waited 7 days with no tracking # or update. Then I had to message support for an update on my order to only find out they didn’t have to colour I paid for. I really needed the keyboard so had them ship me a silver keyboard but now it doesn’t match my iPad colour. The space grey colour should be out of stock online and I should have never been able to purchase it.”
