“The keyboard itself is a delight to use with all the promised features and functionality; on that basis, Brydge would have scored 5*. However, I ordered mine in the UK, from Amazon.co.uk, so would not unreasonably have expected a UK Keyboard layout! I got a Spanish keyboard layout (though the actual characters on screen were indeed UK, so it was hit and miss typing for a while). Bizarre and totally non-customer focused. Brydge were not particularly willing to engage nor could they furnish me with keyboard replacement character stickers. I got these off Amazon as well and stuck the correct characters on my keyboard. Looks a bit “home spun” but works 100%. Lovely concept let down by detail and willingness to be perfect.”

“This is my second replacement I have had to purchase. Several keys of the original keyboard quit working at 12 months and was not covered by warranty. A hinge on the second unit broke internally at 13 months, again was not covered by warranty. I am optimistic this third one lasts longer because when working, Brydge is still the best keyboard on the market for my iPad Pro.”
