“I am very happy with my new Brydge keyboard for my 2nd generation 12.9” iPad Pro. The Apple keyboard has never worked well with it. I’ve gotten two free replacements over the years, because the three little pins never made a consistent connection, and I had to unseat and reseat the keyboard more and more often. (This is probably why they gave up on that design for the newer generation of iPad Pros.) Anyway, I finally got fed up with this, and looked into a 3rd-party replacement. Because it’s an older generation, there wasn’t much choice. So I am very happy Brydge was still selling their keyboard for it. I had considered the Brydge some years ago, but decided against it, because I already had a MacBook Pro, and didn’t see the need to turn my iPad into a MacBook. But since then I have replaced by MacBook Pro with a Mac Mini. So I am finding that the Brydge + iPad Pro is ideal, because it essentially lets the iPad replace the laptop. The keyboard honestly makes you think it’s a MacBook Pro keyboard. It’s solid, sturdy, and the typing experience is really good. I’m finding that I can type much more efficiently than I did on the Apple keyboard, even when it was working well. And perhaps it’s because the placement of the screen is where it is on a laptop -- further away from me and adjusted to the tilt I like -- I’m finding that I get less distracted than I did with the Apple keyboard. That could be just me, but I am really enjoying it. The hinges let you place the iPad at any angle, and it’s easy to take the iPad out when you want to use it as a tablet. So overall I am very pleased with it. I just wish I had bought it a few years ago.”

“Great piece. Had a very difficult time finding a keyboard for my 12.9 Ipad pro 1st Gen. Far better than my previous keyboard which was plastic. This one will outlive the Ipad.”

“I absolutely love my Brydge. The improvements are wonderful. This is my second Brydge. I wore out the first one. The rubber feet started to fall off and the battery stopped charging. My new Brydge is even better. I expect it to last just as long.”

“I have a Brydge 12.9 keyboard for iPad and after more than two years absolutely loving it, the hinges got a little loose. I wrote Brydge how I could fix it. After a few exchange with Andrew (a service rep), I can tell you I got the best service ever and all was resolve beyond my expectations. 5 stars”
