“The keyboard was open-box but in good overall condition. Pros: Great value for under $100. Beautiful construction and finish that matches my space gray iPad Pro 11. Exactly the style I was looking for with great viewing angles and sturdy support for sitting or laying down. Backlit keys with 3 settings and super long battery life. Cons: The keys are soft rather than a firm click, which caused miss hits when my finger did not land on center. I hoped for a better typing experience, but this works for short periods like email responses and filling out forms. I would not consider this the “laptop replacement” keyboard I had hoped for. Summary: If you are looking for an iPad-only lifestyle with a lot of typing in lieu of a traditional laptop, I think there are better options out there… if you are willing to pay more for them. I wasn’t, and this fits about 90% of my needs.”

“My low review is not due to the products. Rather, I have had a miserable experience trying to remedy a problem with Brydge's misleading advertisement of open box. When you buy the open box option for the 4th gen iPad Pro, you actually get the 3rd get, so the back cover will not fit. Brydge's customer service is unable to understand why that's their problem and you will be forced to pay shipping to send back what they wrongly sent you to begin with, then the sale will be over so you'll then have to pay full price for what you thought you were getting at a decent price the first time.”

“I ordered Brydge pro keyboard without mousepad. I’ve been a computer programmer since starting as a mainframe computer programmer in 1969. I don’t need a mousepad when the screen serves that purpose better, and directly. Reason for one star is that I was told you won’t supply magnetic cover that fits my late model iPad. Using the cover supplied causes a gap where the old cover fits cockeyed over the larger camera protrusion on newer iPads.”

“I wanted to really liked this case. It was much nicer than other keyboards, but I had an issue with not being able to use it as a closed case. It would always slip out of the grips. If it was converted to a full case, I would buy another.”

“Keyboard looks brand new. Can even find why it’s open box. The box was even in perfect condition. The keyboard is solid metal and feels like a quality product. It’s equivalent to the way a Mac keyboard feels.”

“I love these keyboards. When they work they are THE BEST. Have had problems with hinges many times. This one has a key out already . I’m waiting to see how they remedy it. They are usually good but never bought an open box before.”

“I ordered an open box keyboard because of its very attractive price. It came with the earlier version of the iPad back protector but Brydge sent the correct one right a way. The fit and finish is very good, the keyboard works fine. Usually I complain when a part feels "cheap" because its flimsy and light but this product is quite heavy and truth be known a little too heavy. I need to give it a second thought to "grab & go", but that just me. I got my money's worth and then some. I'd give favorable consideration to future products.”
