Doesn’t fit - wrong dimensions. Hinge rubber protection fell off within a week. This is my second Brydge keyboard that broke and is unusable within a month. But, this one arrived and doesn’t even fit/cover the dimensions of my iPad.

I’m very disapointed. I chose and brought 2020 IPAD PRO MODEL YEAR open box, and you send me 2018 model year. I’m in Brazil, with the wrong cover. Received today.

Love the look and feel of the brydge keyboard. It's like turning your tablet into a laptop. The feel of the keys is great for typing and writing notes on your tablet. It is a quality product. The best keyboard I've had for my iPad.

I want to love this case but 2 days into using it, the rubber protective coverings on the hinges tore off. I tried to ignore this issue and put them back on the hinge, while torn. Back in November this is what was recommended for my ipad Air 3rd gen but looking at their website, it looks like there is now a different product for my specific model. I took my ipad out of the case this morning to find a cracked screen in the front corner where it is squeezed into the hinge. It's been a decade since I've purchased new technology because of the expensive pricetag, I'm extremely disappointed that the protective gear I bought for my new device was a waste of money.

Disappointed in the customer service. Having owned one for 4 years, I dropped it and broke the hinge. Ordered a new one with next day Fed Ex deliver, got charged for shipping as requested on a Thursday. Hoping to have it by Saturday. Ships on Monday finally and then I tried to call to change address, no answer ever. Email on all accounts, no response. Great product but once they have your money you are on your own. Bummer they don’t care more about reputation and longevity of customer retention. I have owned three, not again after this experience.
