“the quality is superb but there are a few issues in use. 1. it is so heavy. Why does it have to be so heavy??Couple with the iPad pro and it is much heavier than many laptops this is my second Brydge keyboard and I quit using the first because of the weight and it was hard to type on. Switched to a Logitech which was lighter and better keyboard layout. I thought this would have been improved and lighter. I was wrong. 2. Cant access the swipe up feature easily because of the design. I have to turn the iPad up to access without hitting the keyboard.”

“The sent the wrong I pad case, they advertise it as the newer gen case, and when it came in the mail, I got the older gen.”

“I followed the order procedure and ordered the proper device but received the wrong item. I contacted customer service and told it was my problem because I order the devise which was delivered. I want a full refund less the return shipipng fee.”

“I really love the versatility of this item. I appreciate the back-lit keyb and the long lasting battery. The keys are smooth and responsive for easy typing. The back cover partially blocks the camera on the 11” iPad Pro - which isn't the end of the world but annoying. I also think it could be a bit more protective as it seems kinda flimsy. USB-C charging is clutch and partly the reason for this purchase. All in all, I am pretty satisfied with the item and the price paid for it.”
