“Great build quality. Everything works perfectly with the exception of screen auto-lock when used on the new iPad Air 4 (Late 2020). When closing the iPad down onto the keyboard when not in use, the screen stays powered on and quickly loses battery power if not plugged in. THe only workaround is to manually lock the screen before closing. This keyboard does not appear to be fully compatible with the new Air... :(”

“The hinges are too short and stiff. My old Brydge had hinges that were about 1” deep and wider These are a half inch and so tight that folding is not capable”

“There’s a lot to like about my Brydge keyboard. It’s sturdy, attractive & the keys have a nice clicky sound. What’s always confused me though, and what delayed my actually purchasing a Brydge keyboard, was the lack of protection they offer for my iPad. Sure there’s a magnetic cover that attaches to the back of the iPad but it offers little serious protection and it’s easily removed or knocked off. I would challenge Brydge to take this keyboard up a notch and add additional protection for the attached iPad. For the price point of this keyboard, it should offer protection for the iPad. That’s my 2 cents.”

“I wanted to love this keyboard, but unfortunately I don't. I have been wanting one since they announced them years ago. But the keyboard keys are not as smooth to use as the Logitech. I like that it feels like a laptop, but it is just a little tougher to type on than the Logitech. Unfortunately they won't let me return it now. Not happy. Willing to try the newest one with the track pad for iPad pro 11" which I heard was a little smoother in terms of the keys, but if I can't return this one I won't buy the other one.”
