So far off to a great start. Just purchased, but love the keyboard and trackpad, and the case itself offers great protection. Hope it will be long-lasting.

Ive had a Brydge keyboard every time ive owned an apple ipad. My last Brydge keyboard randomly stopped working after working flawlessly for 12 months. Unfortunately it was out of warranty by a few weeks but the team at Brydge were able to see my issues and understand my frustration and sent me a brand new keyboard at their own cost. Perfect customer service. Could think of no other company id rather go with in the future! THANKS GUYS

I had just purchased the iPad Air and was on work travel. I got to the airport and noticed that I forgot my MacBook Pro at home, so I just stopped by a tech store in hopes I could find a bluetooth keyboard to connect. I saw this keyboard setup, and was hesitant to spend $200 on a keyboard case, but… I haven’t even opened my 15” MacBook Pro since. (It’s been two weeks). This is my dream. A touchscreen MacBook. Most of my marketing apps have a native iPad app, which is better than the web version, so having a laptop that gives me app notifications makes work so much easier. It works amazingly well, I love the way the keyboard feels… Something I’ve hated about tablet keyboards. It looks just like a MacBook Pro. Having gestures on a great sized track pad makes this next level. It looks great, feels premium, the keyboard battery lasts forever, the hot keys make multitasking amazing. The magnet connecting the case to the iPad is amazingly strong, and never feels flimsy. When I got home I searched for an even better case, but there is none. This is the best iPad keyboard case you can get. Your iPad needs this.

So I tried to post a 1 m-star review, but it seems Brydge doesn’t allow any negative reviews, as it never posted. I received this item, charged it, paired it, and used it for about 2 hours, when I went back to use it a week later, the device was dead (far shorter than the 3 month standby it claimed). Charged it, now it won’t hold a charge as it discharges at a crazy rate - sent video to support, followed all steps they asked, and finally got them to indicate a replacement was required. I have now been waiting 3 weeks - even though they indicated (several times) that my replacement would be shipped within 72 hours… that was on 9/28. I now al the proud owner of a $250+ paperweight. On the bright side, the leather folio that I ordered with the case is top notch! Zero complaints there!

I tear through keyboards because I live on my iPad Pro 7 days a week. This is the best keyboard possible for the iPad because of seamless pairing, perfect fast key footprint, backlit, extra function row Apple refuses to add on their keyboards and better priced than Apple. So more affordable than Apple Magic and better priced. Win win

Solid Product. Works well. It takes the iPad to a whole new level of awesomeness. The only addition I would like to see Is a solid lock for the iPen. It seems to be easy to drop it from the device.

This is my second Brydge product. Great quality, better than anything out there. BUT, the Brydge MAX+ for iPad Pro 11" case when closed is difficult to open. There needs to be a little indentation (or ?) which would allow a finger to grasp to open efficiently. I find I must stick my fingernail between the upper iPad and the lower keyboard to open it. Hard to believe this has been overlooked.

I paid for two day delivery. After five business days, no product. Contacted customer service and they said they had 48 hrs to process orders. Two days later it arrived. Scam aside, they failed to get the package in the mail on time. I told them I’d like a refund on shipping. Customer service said they’d meet me in the middle and refund me 50%. So now I’m meeting Brydge in the middle with a two star review for an excellent product. It’s a terrible thing when bureaucrats undermine great engineers and producers.
