Having issues with track pad stopping working while using the device. The only thing I can do is turn it off and back on to start working. I even got a brand new device from bridge but same issue occurred with that. Feels like a firmware issue they need to resolve. Once resolved it will be a nice device

I have always been pleased with Brydge Keyboards and this one is a great upgrade which includes improved tactile response on the keyboard, a large trackpad (which I have come to love and actually did not have one before), it uses the same charger I use for my iPad (thank you Brydge!), it docs beautifully with the entire iPad screen exposed allowing me to swipe up from the bottom of the screen a lot easier, and no more magnetic back cover popping off when I place it in my lap. Sweet!

Got a bad unit. Device lasted an hour of use before it developed issues. It started with the “]” key being sticky (not texture but the key will activate on its own after 1 press). Now top buttons do not work including the power button and bluetooth button. Since I was testing I have disconnected device from my tablet’s bluetooth list and now I cannot reconnect it. Company support is almost non-existent and I only got a response from Brydge after I reported a chargeback to my credit card.

Loving the updated trackpad on the Max+. I am also very happy with the new way of attaching the iPad Pro to the keyboard.

After trying both keyboards I must say, I much more prefer the Apple Magic Keyboard. The Bridge keyboard is too bulky and heavy and does not seem to protect the iPad much. I like how the Apple Keyboard fits like a glove on the iPad and much, much lighter. I will try to send the Bridge keyboard back.

I purchased the Brydge 12.9 MAX+ with great enthusiasm after weeks of trying to make a decision. Upon arrival, I was disappointed immediately with the keyboard and the cheapness of the quality of the actual keys. In addition, the touchpad would disconnect and cause the ipad to be unusable. The case itself is a beautiful construction albeit the VERY thick and heavy construction. I returned the product because it would not have suited my needs and the trackpad was VERY inconsistent and difficult to you consistently. I would be happy to speak with someone about my dissatisfaction. I give two stars because the actual construction of the case is beautiful and the hinge is very desirable; however, the touch of the keys / quality of materials and the trackpad make the product significantly inferior to other products on the market. In addition, opening the product is nearly impossible without setting it on the hinge. In addition, the rear silicone pads on the bottom of the device are rendered useless as soon as the product is opened because the hinge ends up bearing the weight.
