This is my 5th BRYDGE. 3 personal (me, son, & daughter) and two business. I love this one the best! The magnetic clip is so much better than the original slide-in clip. And the touch pad is very intuitive given my Apple experiences. Great job!! It is heavier than I first imagined but it is solid and a wonderful accompaniment to my iPad.

Is Brydge even still in business? Ordered 12.9” Max+ on July 24, 2021 directly from their website. Email notification says shipment occurred on July 26, 2021. USPS tracking has never updated. I have called multiple times, but you cannot get a human being to answer the phone. I have tried emailing their support email multiple times, per their suggestion on the voice menu, but no one responds. Even tried using Option 2 to get to their Accounting folks, but it sends you to a voicemail where the message says the “mailbox is full”. Spent $279 for the keyboard, shipping, and taxes, but have received exactly nothing. Incredibly frustrating customer experience!! I really wanted to love this product and share with friends and colleagues, but I never received it, and can’t get anyone at the company to help me. I’ve had to contact my credit card company to dispute the purchase and seek recovery. After 10 days of that nonsense, it took me exactly six minutes to walk into the Apple store, purchase a Magic Keyboard, and walk out with a keyboard in hand. If anyone at the company actually wants to contact me and make this right, my order number was 153753.

hinge is broke after using only 3 day and support is very lag of communication and very late to answer. i need to return it and get my money back

I LOVE my 12.9 Max+!!! It makes my iPad Pro just like a laptop and it has a nice big trackpad. Keyboard is a little better than the Magic Keyboard's and, of course, the price point is lower than the Magic Keyboard's.

I have to say I have bought many bridge keyboard in the past. Always loved them. This one I pre-ordered then they said I would have it in a week. Took 3 weeks to get only not to work properly. The track pad is loud when it works and I emailed them about the problem and they won’t respond. I am less than pleased with Brydge at them moment. I can say if this keyboard worked as they claimed I think it would be better than the apple one, however, given my first impression it as the worst track pad I’ve seen. The track pad works when it wants it too. Sometimes it flawless other times it doesn’t work at all. As for the keyboard its amazing. Love the key travel and the spacing. Due to the customer service and the problems I had getting the keyboard I have to give them a 1 star because for the price this is not what I would expect from this company.

I wanted to love this keyboard but it is a piece of crap. The idea in theory is great but it is not built well. I had this for about a month and it has already broken at the hinge after basic use. The hinge is not sturdy and the keyboard needed to be charged often. Terrible! I am back to the Apple keyboard because it works. It works every time, all of the time. It may not be perfect but it is the best avalaible option. This Brydge keyboard is a waste and it is way over priced! DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF SHIT! Would give zero stars if that were an option.

I had one of the earlier models from Brydge, where the iPad would fit into a formed back shell. This did NOT allow me to remove the iPad. Well, I upgraded to this version, and am absolutely delighted. Keys are wonderful, great tactile feel. The keyboard lighting is as advertised, and high quality. The track pad is convenient and efficient. And, most of all, the magnetic slip-in/slip-out fit of the iPad is BRILLIANT, EASY, and REVOLUTIONARY for functionality. LOVE IT! The one and only complaint/critique I have is a mere nit: the side power-on/off slide has been moved to a keyboard power on key/button. This has caused the sacrifice of the “MUTE” button that I enjoyed on the previous keyboard layout. This is merely a nit, because one can hold the volume-down button to get to volume = 0, but still, I did like the mute button/key previously. Aside from that one nit, this is seriously wonderful; well-deserves my 5-star rating!
