“Great product, just like our previous Brydge keyboard. We had to replace it with a new one since the Ipad failed. It is a bit tight to open, yet that does insure that it will not open easily if it falls. Set up took maybe 45 seconds. And so far it seems to hold battery power much better. Thank you”

“Keyboard synced with iPad but trackpad never did. Case was sooo heavy I could barely lift it and worse when the iPad was in it!”

“Quite an expensive device and seems to lose connectivity to my iPad and off and on. Customer service response was to blame issue on the iPad and never responded to second email. Very poor and disrespectful customer service and will definitely never purchase another product from BRYDGE and will NOT recommend to anyone else.”

“I am currently on my fourth keyboard for this iPad from Brydge. The hinges continue to crack and fail allowing the iPad to fall to the table. The previous generation clamp hinges were far better and still function perfectly on my older iPad. Customer service has been more than accommodating with three replacements, but I have given up reporting the issue as each one is no different than the last. Please note that I did not reach out create this review. It is in response to an email I received from Brydge.”

“I love everything about this case from the battery life to the material used it really makes the entire package with the IPad a premium feel. It doesn’t bother me that I need to charge my iPad and this case separately considering this case has excellent battery life. The keyboard is very MacBook like and is responsive and snappy to type on. The trackpad is nice and big and is very responsive. ONLY thing I don’t like about this case is the hinge design, I’ve had this case for 7 months now and by month 4 the plastic encasing around the hinges have cracked and no longer hold the ipad in an open position. Wish they would upgrade it to an aluminum design or something. For this reason and only this reason I am giving this 4/5 stars otherwise this case would be a grand slam for me.”

“When I got my first IPad years ago, I researched keypads and cases for it. Of course, this was the absolute best. I used it for many years and loved it. Now my daughter is using it. The QWERTY keyboard was easy to use and the case protected my investment. Several years later, I recently purchased a new IPad Pro. Of course, I did research and found the same results. I love my new QWERTY keyboard (Brydge MAX+) and won’t ever use anything else. Thank you for making a great product.”
