“great product overall, super easy setup.. Finish is well done.. the M1 iPad is fairly heavy in comparison to Brydge keyboard but keyboard manages to lay flat and not tip over when open using 'like a laptop' but be careful in lap with weight disparity.. Hinges seems the be firm and feel quality.. pleased with purchase and literally use it every day since i have gotten it.”

“Do not buy this. It will not protect your iPad and it is flimsy and poorly made. They do not allow returns in a professional way, and do not stand behind their product. Piece of junk.”

“I love your keyboards. However, I am very dissatisfied with your customer service. . I just ordered the new iPad Pro 12.9 plus and it does not come with a keyboard power connection. This means when I go onto the Brydge connect app I cannot complete the steps to get my item working. So now my keyboard is sitting here waiting for somebody from customer service to respond to my question about what I am supposed to do without the cord. No one has responded. It’s been more than a few days. Very frustrating! And not being able to get a human being that your company is also very frustrating and poor service. I don’t know how you can send such an expensive item and not include a power cord.”

“I am using the Brydge 12.9 max on a 2021 ipad with iPadOS 14.7.1. The briydge has an better than acceptable design but the curser is intermittent and the dictation key on the keyboard opens Siri instead of opening the dictation in various apps like email, Notes and Pages. Expected the trackpad feedback to be more like the experience on the MacBook Pro. It requires more pressure. In addition, the trackpad does not work at all on the portion near the keyboard space bar.”

“Honestly the keyboard works pretty well but the big problem for me is that its pretty bulkie and it makes the whole thing really heavy. I will be returning my or at least trying to and go with a slimmer less heavy option.”
