“Great improvement with the newer track pad. The way IPad secures to the keyboard is a much better design as well. We have 4 of these in use with the older models. This has the thoughtful upgrades to an already good design. It’s great!”

“Nightmare from ordering to the incorrect and unavailable keyboard that is no longer made. I contacted Brydge and they were so happy to help they let me pay the shipping to send the keyboard back and they: A: refunded my credit car card B. Give me store credit C. Send back the same thing again. C. So back it went still waiting for refund. And that was from February 2 2022. Highly advise of using someone else -sure customer service is suger and spice nice but useless. Betting I don’t get the 100$ credit card nor a refund.”

“Purchased about week ago. So far used several times. Today I noticed cracks on both hinges already. In overall keyboard looks decent quality but it’s unacceptable hinges are so weak. Waste of money and time.”

“I received the brydge 12.9 max+ as a gift. After unboxing and being very excited about it and using it I was impressed by it. Fast forward 2 months and I can no longer say the same. First off I find it completely unacceptable that you cannot register this product for it warranty on its parents website. 2ndly While yes it is does all it say I regret to say that while using it outside during a lunch meeting the plastic part of the snap on case the hold the hinges in place to my utter horror and dismay snapped resulting in my iPad Pro 12.9 5th gen plummeting to the ground and the screen shattering. I now must go and have it replaced out of pocket because of a problem or complete oversight of this product.”

“Love how sturdy it is and much easier to attach to my iPad Pro with the magnet rather than the hinges, which always gave me problems (several years later). I only had it for not quite a month when it accidentally slipped off my bed onto the wood floor (at a distance of 30") but my iPad and Brydge suffered no damage! Amazingly, it withstood an "inadvertent" drop test! Although it is heavier than my previous Brydge keyboard, I love the design: it feels like a laptop with the built in touchpad and the backlit keyboard at night! I highly recommend it.”
