Hate that the case needed to be charged separately from the iPad

I’m not sure how long Ive had mine, 1-2 years but the back of the face where the hinges are is too thin and breaks. Once this happens the IPad will not stand up on its own

I ordered a black folio for a 16 inch MacBook Pro computer. I received a beautiful black case but it is the wrong size for my computer, it is too small. The scan label on the case packaging says it is sized for a 15 inch computer. The other two articles I received are fine but I need to return the 15 inch case for a refund. This is the third email and three phone calls as well with no action yet. Albert T. Parker 4805771799 Info@parkwestphoto.com

Even though it is a bit pricy I have to say it is by far the best one yet! I was a little hesitant at first to purchase as I was a little afraid the back cover would keep popping off. Let me tell you it won’t until you want it to by pushing on the two tabs on the side. Stays on easy off. I absolutely love the way the iPad sets into the bottom and is held secure by the magnetic back. Wasn’t too sure about the bigger track pad and now do t know how I did without it. I am extremely happy with my purchase and love the way Brydge keeps Striving to make their product better and better!! Thanks Brydge!!

Great products that exceed expectations. My IPAD Pro with the new Key board, with the track mouse is awesome. The customer service is so great, they listen and help answer all questions ask. Great employees and a great company, that truly care about their customers. Thank you! R/S Robert MGySgt, USMC Freedom Is Not Free

If you use a screen protector, on your iPad Pro, DO NOT BUY! I have a Spiegen tempered glass protector on my iPad Pro and this keyboard has ruined it. While typing, the keyboard is phenomenal. Good key travel, no light bleed, and clicky feedback. The feet are too short & the ones closest to the screen no longer make contact with the table or counter any time you open the hinge more than 90°, instead being lifted up and resting on the back of the cover/hinge. The touchpad needs a redo. Diving board trackpads are both VERY loud and sometimes fail to register clicks. By far the worse offender is the hinge. When closed the hinge closes too tightly and presses very hard on the border of the iPad (black area around the screen). It is actively squeezed between the Brydge black plastic cover & the aluminum area above the function keys. I have had three screen protectors begin to bubble at the hinge when it’s closed. Open? No problem for weeks on end. Closed? Give it about 14 hours to start squeezing the life out of the iPad & causing separation of the screen protector. I have reached out to customer service twice. The first time I was told that it is operating exactly as designed & to try a thinner screen protector. Well, I did that and it has caused the same issue twice more. After contacting customer service again, I was told that I am inserting my iPad incorrectly into the case (it is held in by magnets, and doesn’t make any contact with the screen protector while open) so the insinuation is that I’m doing things wrong, lying, or an idiot. Photos provided to the customer service rep did not help, and was told to enjoy my product. That is very hard to do when it is possibly damaging my sub $1000 device and only computer that I depend on for work. Keyboard 9/10 Hinge 1/10 (I’m so fearful this will damage my iPad that I have stopped traveling with it inside of the keyboard case) Customer Service 0/10 Long story short, until they raise the hinge up a few millimeters in the design, I would not trust your $800+ device in this vice of a keyboard. Don’t expect any help from the customer service reps to make any effort to fix an issue you have. Attached are two photos. One you can see how the hinge being so tight that it doesn’t allow the iPad to lie flat on the rubber feet (almost looking like it’s partly open while closed). The other is a side shot so you can see the difference in the hinge side and opening side. That hinge needs a redesign & should be elevated a few millimeters to allow the iPad to lie flat. Instead, this is “the intended design” according to the company service rep.
