“The rubbers on the hinges came loose during use in the first week. Now I cannot use the keyboard as it will scratch the device.”

“Unable to talk to someone before purchase. Worked with Dell 7210 2 in 1. Keyboard slightly smaller than display. Dell thickness is .01 larger the surface. I was able to get it to fit with the kickstand open and closed. With the kickstand closed it was much harder to remove from dock. Product was good, Return process was good. I am giving two start because reaching someone for an initial conversation was poor.”

“I love the laptop feel this provides my Surface Pro 7. It's easy to slide the Surface pro off the keyboard and use as a tablet. Very sturdy and well built. Love, love, love my Brydge 12.3”

“Works good. I'm using this with my 12.3 pixel slate. Some shortcut keys that are meant for the surface pro don't work but this was expected due to the keyboard was not made for the pixel slate. Another small annoyance is when my slate goes into sleep mode and starts up again I have to power off and on to reconnect with Bluetooth. Again this is no fault of the product. The product was made for Microsoft Surface Pro not the Pixel Slate.”

“Weighted well to offset the Surface. Feels good to type with. Sometimes it's a little slow for the touchpad to respond after idle time and I've had to disconnect > reconnect bluetooth a couple times due to unresponsiveness. But it looks great and performs great for a solid working session. Only seems to have issues with intermittent use between system hibernates.”

“the open box unit doesn't bother me. I wish the trackpad was more precise and not so jumpy. I also find it weights alot for a keyboard. If brydge would contact me back maybe we can arrange a fix, but i haven't heard anything for weeks.”
