“I have purchase 4 of these. I received one that does not work. Service has not been helpful in returning. Instead they want me to shoot videos and send them for proof etc. I just want a replacement.”

“The keyboard/dock works well with my SurfacePro6 but there are a couple minor drawbacks. It has a non-standard key layout for the non alphabetic keys and its quite heavy. That said, the weight makes great ballast if you actually use the Surface on your lap. The keys have a natural feel, no click like a mechanical keyboard but there's good tactile sensation as you type. Well worth the purchase price. Thanks”

“I have used the Brydge Keyboard for the iPad for years and I love it. I decided to get the Microsoft Surface 7 Pro since I needed the Windows 10 operating system. I did not want the flimsy Microsoft keyboard so I got the Brydge instead. It’s functionality is fantastic and it fits the Surface superbly. The keys are very responsive. It was a breeze to set up. My only complaint is that it “triples” the weight of the surface 7 Pro. I would certainly buy again.”

“The keyboard gives the appearance of a high end product engineered and designed to provide a premium performance. However I've recently started experiencing the keys have a tendency to duplicate itself and types multiple times the same letter before it stops. It was not doing this when I initially purchased the item. If this continues I will have to return it. I've had to reboot my tablet but I think I will try and shut down the actual keyboard and see if this will fix the problem. I've haaad to repeat typiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing as yooooooooooooooooooooou can ssssssssssssee thhhis is an example. I'm disappointed iiiiiin this product.”
