“i bought the product after watching a few reviews on YouTube. It was very expensive (100$ for the product and 100$ for shipping). the product arrived DEAD. Customer service is a joke. for now i have a very very expensive paper weight”

“This was the best accessory item I've ever bought, It converted my Surface Pro to a functional laptop with extended storage. For the next generation suggestion, I wish Brydge enhances their next release of the Surface Pro keyboard with 2 USB ports and more larger SSD storage and make the Home & End buttons location similar to those in the original MS Surface Pro keyboard. I will definitely upgrade mine. Cheers to great innovation !!”

“Hello, My user is reporting that she's quite frustrated with the Brydge's touchpad, because her finger is fatigued, after prolonged use. I've never had a complaint like this before. Otherwise the keyboard itself has been working flawlessly.”

“I have the same problem with Todd. S. But this only happens if I plug in th USB cable to access the storage. Everything I try to type something, it do this....kkkkkkkkkkkkkk until I press the back key... quite annoying.... otherwise it is a perfect keyboard if the interference problem is resolved....”
