“I like the fact that this keyboard is backlit which make the keys so much easier to see in dim light. The charge on the keyboard lasts for days but I’m a light user. It is on the heavy side and pretty much doubles the weight of my surface pro. I haven’t had a problem with the keyboard slipping away from the surface pro and I love that I can angle the screen anywhere I please. I give it a thumbs up”

“I'll start off by saying: I cant review the actual product because I never received keyboard. I have emailed, called, messaged through Instagram... I FINALLY received a response and was asked to fill out an affidavit to file a claim. It's been at least 3 weeks - I have no keyboard and no refund. This is the most abysmal customer service I've had to experience in a very long time.”

“I had an issue with the first board they sent me but I believe it might have been caused by FedEx leaving it in the rain. The service was good and they took care of the problem right away BUT I now have received another board that seems to be doing the same thing. When I hit a key it wants to kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk for example. I will give it a little more time but right now this is an expensive board to have this kind of issue.”

“Very comfortable and easy to use keyboard. Much higher quality feel than the original keyboard which stopped working after 3 years on my pro 4. Minor disadvantages of needing its own power and much heavier than original. Overall, worth every penny. Looks and feels great.”

“You lose functionality with this keyboard. Every other day I had to reconnect it to the Bluetooth. The scrolling is jumpy and not smooth. You lose key combinations from the normal surface keyboard like space bar and mouse drag function with illustrator or photoshop. I wanted to love it but it just kept having these small annoyances that added up”

“This Brydge keyboard is such an improvement over the keyboard my Surface Pro 6 came with. I’m sure Microsoft had good intentions, and their design is really quite good. But, for someone who is used to laptops and trying to convert to the advantages a tablet provides, the Brydge wins at less cost than the upgraded Microsoft option. I’m not a fan of the kick panel on the Surface Pro. Brydge makes that annoyance go away. Highly recommend.”
