I enjoy using my Surface Pro 6 more now because of this keyboard. Great build quality, decent touchpad, backlit keys and no delay make it a joy to use. It makes the SP6 a real laptop with the added benefit of not getting warm on the lap like traditional laptops. One of the clamps came too tight and distorted the corner of the screen when I used it. Had to apply some force to increase the gap, but it's still too tight to some extent. It's not damaging the screen but concerning nonetheless.

This is my second review. The first one I submitted suspiciously never made it to their website. I purchased a Brydge keyboard for my surface pro 7. First, typing on the keyboard, the bluetooth, and battery have all been great. No problems with that stuff. The problem is with the hinges. When I looked at this keyboard I was a little concerned that it would put too much pressure on the screen. When I go to close the screen like a laptop. There is significant discoloring of the screen. If I take the tablet out of the keyboard and move the hinges with my hand I can barely move them. There is no way that extended use of this keyboard will not damage my screen. Also, the rubber shims that are used in the hinges are peeling away from the hinge itself. This makes it nearly impossible to get the screen into the hinge. I have to put one side in at a time and hold the rubber shim in place when setting the screen into the hinge. I also received a screen protector. The placement tape that is to be used when installing the protector was insufficient. I put the tape on and when peeling back the screen cover, as the instructions indicate, the entire screen protector peeled off the tablet and allowed dust particles to fall under the screen protector and since the adhesive was now exposed it was all over and now dust particles are trapped under the protector. I reached out to their support and it has now been nearly 2 weeks with still no resolution. Their response to my original email took 5 days (not 2 like they say) and the response did not even address any of my issues. It was as if a very poor AI system responded to my email by just picking up on key words in the email. It barely addressed 1 of the 3 issues I have stated here and in my email. I sent another email and this time their response only take 2 days. Except that the response was again as if they only picked up on key words in the email. This time they decided that they would address a problem I didn't have. Out of my 3 issues, by far the biggest one is the hinges are nearly immovable. They did say they would send new shims and a new screen protector which is nice, but their responses have yet to address that the hinges don't move well and will definitely crack the screen overtime. If I can hardly move them with my hands then there is no way that my screen wont eventually break under the pressure. Email number three has been sent requesting a new keyboard and screen protector. I will update this review if a satisfactory resolution is achieved. The keyboard seems great and is exactly what I want if these issues actually get addressed. Hope this helps someone.

Very sturdy and is capable of more than the original keyboard from Microsoft. I love typing on it more than Microsoft's Surface keyboard. Love that it holds up my Surface so I don't have to use the kickstand. My old Surface's kickstand broke off over long usage. This way I don't have to use the kickstand! I appreciate the mail key since I open mail often. I feel it is defiantly worth the price as you will get more out of this than Microsoft's keyboard.

Great piece/accessory for the Surface Pro. Great build quality, fairly light weight and all the buttons/functions you could need to rule your day with long battery life. Best keyboard cover I’ve bought with a tablet. Buy with confidence.

Terrible customer service. I have been trying to reach someone about this order for weeks. I tried to change the shipping address the day I placed the order. Then I reached out to cancel the order with no response. Then the product shipped to the wrong address and my card was charged. So in short I have no product, I'm out money and I will never buy anything from them again.

felt as though it would break the screen, just small movements made discoloration in the LEDs.
