“The case was heavy, the rubber on the bottom where the surface hooks on was coming off making it difficult to use, not easy to take off and put on, if you plan on keeping this case on the whole time then it would be a good choice. I like to be able to fold the case all the way back to use as a tablet. This case limits functionality for me. That is why I decided to return it. Where Brydge loses some stars is in their customer service. Shipping was 25$ to return a case that didn't work as expected, their customer service response was limited and not helpful. Unfortunate that in the end I paid 25$ and have no product, and the product I had wasn't up to standard.”

“it serves the purpose to hold the surface and make it steady and more like a pc, battery holds for a long time which is great however it quite thick and heavy”

“Super useful. I discovered it recently. It has made my Surface Pro useful again. I had stopped using it for a long until this perfectly crafted keyboard came along. Build quality and finish is so much better than Microsoft surface keyboard which was a joke until it was working. Surface stand is a useless design which never worked for me. Brydge keyboard turns surface into a real laptop. In general, I stopped believing in using tablet for any serious work. Surface can be a good laptop with Brydge keyboard but it can never be a good tablet.”

“Ordered a screen protector and bridge keyboard for my new surface pro. The keyboard is nice and one can type well on it; however, when folding down the keyboard like you would a laptop it puts so much pressure on the screen that it discolors it. The hinges are incredibly tight and even when trying to move them with my hands it requires me to exert significant force. Also, the rubber protector around the hinge has come off so in order to get the screen into the hinge I have to hold the rubber piece in place while sliding it in. There was a lot of dirt on the keyboard when it arrived and it causes me to wonder if I bought a brand new and received a previously returned item. I also ordered a screen protector and the instructions were backwards. It was impossible for me to arrange the protector the way the instructions said. Either the instructions were wrong or the numbered tabs were wrong. I arranged the protector the only way you can and get it to line up. The tape tabs they give we’re not very sticky and did little to help with the alignment. Also, as I continued through the installation of the protector the instructions say to peel away the covering and when I did that it peeled off the entire protector and allowed dust particles to fall under it. So now I have a screen protector with several particles underneath it. Very disappointed with their products.”
