Mine just came in the mail and hooked up/paired fairly easily. The keys feel better than I expected and the unit feels very sturdy. It even arrived fully charged. Very happy with the purchase!

Pre ordered months ago. Waiting patiently for my order. Shipped 4 days ago and still don't have it (shipped via ups). Just noticed that the local Best Buy has them in stock, yet my pre-order isn't here yet. Disappointed to say the least. Should have provided an option to pay more to use UPS or FedEx.

I pre-ordered it, based on a FB ad. I usually don't do that. I usually need to physically see something or go a buy it directly. Although I have only had is less than 24 hours, it is the best keyboard for my surface. Only time will tell how it holds up. but the construction is solid. 5 Stars All the way.

Firstly, the aesthetics and practicality of the Brydge 12.3 are phenomenal. With its solid aluminium body, the SP4 looks as sleek as ever, paired with the fact that you no longer need the kickstand it looks much less wonky. This also helps when you are working in cramped areas i.e. the train, small university desks etc. However, the main function of the keyboard - to type and use the trackpad - is severely lacking. I received my 12.3 this morning and have been using it for approximately six hours and already I feel very uncomfortable typing as the travel feels much deeper than the expected 1.5mm. When pressing a key near the corner, it will not register so you must press the key precisely in the centre with a little extra force at times to ensure you're not constantly pressing backspace to correct errors. Additionally, when gliding my finger slowly across the trackpad I tend to experience plenty of friction so when I try to point to something precisely the cursor usually jumps further. I am hoping it is just my unit that seems to be difficult to type on. I wish there was some way I could put rubber O-rings under the keys to make the travel much shorter as the typing issue is my main concern. I can't type with ease or without looking because I'm consistently missing characters, especially words with double consecutive letters.

Perfect when it overcomes the Surface kickstand idea. Its really good with the wireless connection and keyboard recharge port design. Keyboard keys are very smooth and reliable with multimedia. Its what we have all been waiting for from Microsoft themselves but we didn't get, Brydge executed wonderfully. Thank you.

I am among the early users of the SP3. Ever since its launching I believe this kind of computers are going to be popular. I like most of the things except 2: the fragile keyboard and the kickstand. I was very happy about the SP4, which fixed lots of the draw backs of SP3, and the most important one is the improved keyboard. However, the kickstand remains troublesome. I can’t agree more with the second video showing the weakness of kickstand. My SP3 falls off my knees and my desk many times because of the failure of kickstand. Ever since I brought it from the summer 3 years ago, I was trying to fix this problem. I tried using a Bluetooth keyboard as a stand, or putting something under the kickstand, and I even tried to make a stand by cardboard hooks and rope but nothing is elegant. I really don’t understand why many companies copies the kickstand design. It is ironical that lapability is introduced by MS but kickstand is the design with the least lapability. Finally, after 3 years wait, brydge introduced this keyboard. After I read the news from the CES 2017, I immediately rushed out to pre-order. And finally, it arrived. The only thing I want to complain is I have to DIY a little bit to make it work with SP3, because it was set up to work with SP4 out of box. After that, everything works perfect. This is what I want.
