“The product is sluggish to use and I have been trying to get some kind of Support for over a month with no response!!!!! I am about to request a full refund for this and the touchpads I ordered.”

“The keyboard overall looks well made. I do have slight lag performance at times when typing. The main complaint I have had and hasn't been addressed is the trackpad. It's a good size but there are issues on the pressure points. I get an extra click on the trackpad ( two total) when pressing down on it, and varies around the area of the trackpad. Have requested to return the product but haven't received an RMA.”

“The keyboard itself feels wonderful to type on and it attaches really easily and securely to my surface pro but the track pad stopped working all of a sudden today with no damage having been done to the keyboard. I've disconnected the device and reconnected it. I restarted it. I restarted my computer. But it seems to be fully kaput. Really disappointing because I no longer have my previous keyboard as I liked this one so much I got rid of it.”

“Ok like my other review said, this keyboard works great and feels great to type on. The trackpad did NOT break but I was hitting Ctrl+Alt to try to turn it on rather than Fn+Alt. But anyway now I can review their support too! It's great! So quick, so clear. Buy this product.”
