“Just got the keyboard today. Was really looking forward to it to replace my dead surface type keyboard since the last windows update. Was easy to setup and pair the device to my surface pro 4. Feels like a Surface Book rather than a Surface tablet, but now has dual usage which i really like. The one drawback that i found and is starting to really annoy me is that I can't swap the function keys to act like the real function keys when working with Excel, Word etc. I have to use the FN key and then the function key that i want. For this reason i may be returning it and looking for another keyboard that gives me that option. Would have been nice to have some installed software for this product that would able to do some custom setups, or if there was a firmware update that would give this functionality for swapping the F keys for normal usage. Other than that, looks and feels great, weight is fine, more durable than some of the other flimsy ones that i have seen.”

“I've been using my Brydge 12.3 Pro+ with my Surface Pro 6 for about 2 weeks and have to say that I'm beyond impressed. While I'm something of a fan of the regular Surface covers, I've found myself needing more of a laptop experience in recent months and the Brydge does a fantastic job of turning my favorite tablet into a full-blown laptop without any compromises. Well done guys.”

“This was the answer to my prayers...I am often not at home and it was difficult to use my Surface Pro on my lap. Once I received my Brydge 12.3 (Sept 2020), I was ecstatic--I could work at my son's activities and be productive. I do open and close my laptop quite a bit (at least once a day if not more) and was always careful since the Brydge was stiff--which is needed to keep it open properly when working. Then about a week ago, the left support broke and is now precariously sitting in the keyboard area. If I am working on a desk (like now) it still holds. but the portability and ease of use have been taken away. I am not sure how I could have been more careful unless it is just not made to be opened and closed every day.”

“Pros: - Easy charging and Bluetooth setup. - Keys functions and travel well. - Nice packaging. Cons: - Build quality is lacking for the price, not exactly a premium feel to it. - Not a smooth process to separate and attach, a fair bit of resistance. Feels like one day it will eventually wear and scratch the screen or damage the keyboard.”
