“It's a nice keyboard -- much more comfortable than the Microsoft one. Trackpad works well. It's also great for being able to angle the screen/webcam downward, which you can't do with the kickstand. It works well enough if it's the only Bluetooth device connected. However, when I use a Bluetooth headset for a call (on Zoom, etc.) the trackpad lags so much that it's not really useable. Tech support, when contacted, was not able to offer any solution to improve it.”

“I LOVE the idea of this keyboard! Makes so much sense! Unfortunately, mine stopped working within a week. I was able to get the keyboard to start working again, but the touch pas still does not.”

“I am a Mac lover at heart, but I have to use PCs for work. I have a Surface, but it's 'lapability' was lacking with the type cover keyboard. I was ready to give it up and then I saw that Brydge had added a Surface line so I ordered it. I am beyond thrilled-in fact, I'm gifting the type cover to my nephew who has a Surface without a keyboard. This makes the Surface a perfect device for me. It does add weight, but to get the quality it's a negative I will accept. Besides which, the weight is integral in keeping the thing from tipping. Key travel is good, and most important key placement is the same as on my desktop computer. I have had several 3rd party keyboards over the years for tablet devices, and in countless cases, they swap out the positioning of keys on the right hand side especially to save space. That is a deal breaker right there, because I buy the keyboards for efficiency and making my devices more useful all around, and having to relearn key positioning based on the device is wasted time. I would recommend this keyboard to anyone who is a serious Surface user and needs to use it on various surfaces which may or may not be appropriate for the MS Type keyboard. Good job.”

“My chief complaint with my Surface Pro was how difficult it was to use in a traditional laptop setting. Brydge addresses that complaint in a sleek and solid way. Typing is comfortable, response is great, and usability is excellent.”

“Have been very pleased with the Brydge for my Surface Pro 7. Battery life seems to be very good and the functionality seems top notch. The touchpad is a very good size and I believe it is slightly bigger then the type cover that was using. I have been using it non stop since I received it and have been very pleased. The only thing that I wish was that there was an option to have the keyboard top silver to match the rest of the device. I do appreciate the germ resistant coating on the typing surface, especially in this day and age it brings some piece of mind.”
