“Makes my surface pro 4 much more useful in many situations. The keyboard has a great feel, and the track pad works as well as Microsoft's. The only drawback is the keyboard loses connection when idle for a while and takes a little time to reconnect. Not a dealbreaker at all, but it's a little inconvenient. Strongly recommended product.”

“That's it in a nutshell. All advertising shows complete laptop. My husband purchased thinking he was buying a laptop but only received keyboard. Talk about a bait and switch. We are extremely displeased.”

“I have been a Surface Pro user for over 7 years. I am loyal to the line, but was interested in trying a different keyboard as the kickstand naturally has limited compatibility, especially on laps. So, I ordered the Brydge 12.3 Pro. At first, I was enamored. Then, I realized there were several issues: namely, the too short battery life, the long delay in "waking up" after going to sleep, and the numerous trackpad problems. I found my ways to work around this, i.e. charging before bed, tapping the keys every few minutes, and using my pen more often. Then, about 2 months in, bigger problems begun to arise. I noticed a yellow dent about two cm across the bottom left of my display. I shifted the Brydge over to the right, and the same mark appeared there a few weeks later. Shortly after, the top of my screen started to unglue from the chassis due to the Brydge's constant pressure. The entire face would lift off every time I opened it. In a week, the Surface would act strange and shut down suddenly. 3 weeks ago, it stopped booting entirely. I am a college student, in the middle of finals. I'm unemployed and can't afford a new laptop, and the libraries are all closed due to the pandemic. I had to accept many 0%/F grades for my missing work in 6 classes. Do NOT buy a Brydge for your new Surface Pro 6.”

“No issues with connectivity. This keyboard has made my Surface Pro 6 a fully functional Work from Home laptop. I had problems with the Surface keyboard and stand occasionally falling on me while using a lap desk. No more! I find myself preferring to use this keyboard over the MS type pad attachment.”
