I would like to keep the keyboard and continue using it, but it will not stay connected to the Surface Bluetooth.

I was looking for something to replace my old Microsoft keyboard that was falling apart. This has worked perfectly so far. I think the battery will last me for a month which is OK. It also types very quietly. So far I am happy!

It is awesome ! Way better than the Microsoft keyboard. It clips on to your surface and you don't need to use the stand anymore. I love the overall functionality. I would definitely go with this key board over Microsoft any day. It makes my surface pro laptop. I love it.

Once you use the Brydge a couple of times it becomes a seamless part of the Surface Pro. Finally, I can work on small airplane trays without the Surface falling down and more importantly, I can work in a reclining position in bed or on the beach during quarantine. I wish it was lighter and would be okay charging it more often in trade, but the long, long battery life will pay off.

I was so excited about the 12.3 pro+ when it came out and preordered it with much anticipation for the product. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with the product. I received the first keyboard, it was a bit scratched up and actually pressed on my screen, causing some extreme discoloration and occasional cracking noise. I contacted customer support and they were absolutely fantastic, sending me a replacement keyboard. The second keyboard I received ALSO caused pressure on my screen and some discoloration, but nowhere near as much as the first one. I was reassured by customer support that this was a normal effect caused by the keyboards and although I wasn't totally comfortable with it, continued to use it for a few more days. Unfortunately, the bluetooth key on the keyboard ended up being broken on this keyboard, with one of the hinges of the key being cracked and snapping after a couple of days of use. I ended up sending back both keyboards for a full refund with no issues. Customer service was ultimately fantastic and super helpful with the entire process. I was disappointed with the quality of the keyboards I received though. I feel as though they were ALMOST the perfect product, but likely need some more work.

I originally purchased a 12.3 in June. Its A key never worked, but it seemed like if it had worked properly it would have been a great keyboard. I contacted support and they were fairly helpful but told me that the 12.3 was being discontinued so they couldn't offer a replacement. Instead they gave me a credit to use for the new 12.3 Pro when it came out. After waiting for the 12.3 Pro to come out, then paying the price difference plus tax and shipping I got my replacement, which didn't work at all. Support was once again fairly helpful and this time repeated my order at no additional charge. On October 11th I got the keyboard I am using now, which works pretty well, although it seems to be missing a feature that the 12.3 had; it does not seem to be able to lock the F-keys (you must hold FN to press F12, while on the non-pro you could use FN+CAPS to toggle the F-key mode.) That kind of sucks because I use the F-keys frequently and the extended functions like volume control pretty rarely. If I had gotten a working one in the first place, this would be a 5* review. As it stands, I think they've got great designers and they need to shore up either their engineers or their quality control. Free advice for your engineering department: if the 12.3 Pro had a reset switch, you wouldn't have had to send me a second replacement. It started working perfectly fine once I opened it up, cut the battery out and reconnected it.

Much improved from the last model with a price point double the amount of the same to prove it. Should have included a charger. Alas, no charger. A step in the right direction but not quite there yet.
