Finish is great. Functionality is okay. Lags a bit (frequently). Construction is mostly sturdy. Hinges are losing slight grip on the screen in only a couple of weeks.

Some delay in interface with the computer. Also, Microsoft Mail not operating properly.

The Brydge keyboard for the Surface is outstanding. It finally makes the surface a true laptop. It has made travel and working on the computer so much easier. It was easy to pair and use. Customer Service if needed to use has been a big place.

I was sent one with a faulty hinge. They replaced it but it had a touch pad issue. According to these guys, the issue was my problem and wouldn't give me a full refund. I lost $50 and have no keyboard. Terrible support

I purchased an earlier version of this product but it broke on its own and the company does not have an extended warranty and will not offer me a replacement. I'd love to purchase again but not for this price, especially since it broke after very minimal usage. It also has a poor track pad.

The Brydge pro 12.3 is great in most every way that doesn't involve working when you need it. The keyboard itself is great to type on, and the trackpad has increased in size dramatically from the previous version and, with gesture support, rivals the Microsoft surface keyboard. The problem is that it is always a crap shoot as to whether the keyboard will actually wake when I hit a key, around 80 percent of the time it doesn't. If i don't use my surface for more than few hours the keyboard fails to reconnect in anyway. The only fix is to completely remove and re-add the keyboard when this happens. I really like design, it's easy to use and fits the surface perfectly, but this iteration is definitely being returned and I'm going back to the original 12.3 or Microsoft signature until the next product refresh.
