“The keyboard works perfectly! It's so nice to be able to use the Surface anywhere without needing a flat desktop because of the kickstand. There was a slight defect with one of the keys when we first got it (cosmetic) but we got in touch with customer service right away. Sending it back and getting it fixed was no issue at all, and I was very happy to see that Brydge has such a quick, friendly, and responsive team. Thank you!”

“I like the light weight that Brydge took. The hinges that hold the surface pro are much better than the first model, it doesn't press on the screen as the other one did. The bigger touch pad is better, there's more room to slide your finger. Some issues, the keys are plastic which doesn't bother me much since it's a light weight, but the coating isn't good. I used mine several days and some of that coating came off and it bothered me since the backlight goes through. I use this keyboard+surfacepro for school, so when I come back to the keyboard after working on problems the keyboard touchpad becomes unresponsive. I need to press on keys in order to get the keyboard to connect. This has happened plenty of times and it bothered me. Coming to an end here, when I close the "now laptop" my surface pro comes on and drains my battery. I sure want to keep this but with those issues I don't think I want it.”

“Solid accessory. REALLY like it. Highly recommend it. Only concern is that sometimes the bluetooth touchpad isn't connected when I wake up the computer and doesn't reconnect right away...and I don't know how to push a reconnection. Bluetooth MIGHT effect bluetooth headphones too, but not sure. All that said, I'm tempted to buy 3 more for all the surface pro machines we have in my house!”

“Keyboard is great. Cord to charge it is too short, didn’t come with a charging brick and isn’t a regular USB. Improvements could be to make the cord longer, include the brick. At the least, make it a USB for ease of charging.”

“If you have a Surface with Windows 10, DO NOT buy this device. The device has serious problems being recognized by Windows. I have made the company aware of issues and I do not have any replies with any fixes. I also have 2 other Brydge keyboards for iPads and they are great. But when you try to make a Brydge work with Windows, you will be more frustrated than satisfied.”
