“High quality build, typing are keys are nice and provide good travel. Easy to pair with my Surface Pro 7. The Brydge Pro+ gives me the option to have more of an "ultrabook" feel with my Surface Pro - I've always felts the Alacantara keyboards were lacking and felt cheap and plastick-y. I find the Brydge Pro+ a much better keyboard complement (note that it is about similar thickness as the Surface Pro itself, so it will increase both thickness and weight). I go the black color, which paired with my matte black Surface Pro, makes for a very sleek color profile. The only gripe is that the cursor tracking could feel a bit more smoother - I can tell it is a bluetooth connected device while scrolling around the screen. Also really good battery life, never had to worry that the keyboard would run out of juice.”

“The first Brydge 12.3 Pro+ keyboard that I received had a problem. After describing the problem to their support staff, they sent me a replacement keyboard that arrived in two days. The new one works perfectly. It was really great and how their support staff took care of the issue right away, and I really like my new device. So much better than having the thing fall over while using a type cover and kickstand.”

“Really was hoping for better coming from originally 12.3. Still have interference issues with my usb receiver mouse which I was hoping would be cleared up with Bluetooth 5.0. Seems like it takes longer for the keyboard to wake than the Surface, my last keyboard had a much better response time. The bigger trackpad is nice but I’m still up in the air as to whether I liked the way the keys felt on the original 12.3 vs the 12.3+.”
