“I love my Surface and the Brydge only increases this. First thing you notice when you take it from the box is the weight of it, this is a solid piece of kit that fits snuggly and perfectly to the surface. Next is the "made for it" feeling it gives you. The keyboard responsiveness is great, the back lights let you know you are using something special. The biggest upgrade it gives you is the trackpad, after weeks of use I've found this precise and makes an impressive difference to the standard surface cover trackpad. If you are stuck between a standard laptop and a surface, this is the accessory that will help you choose a surface.”

“I had the first generation of the Brydge keyboard for my Surface Pro 3 and 4 and I loved it and I was excited to get a chance to test out the new version of the keyboard. I have always had high hopes for a 2nd gen keyboard and for Brydge to be successful, this definitely fills a need. I remember way back watching Nick's videos as he would give updates on keyboard and the progress from design to factory to shipping. Congrats on where you are and continued success. Everything about this new keyboard is fantastic. It is lighter than the previous one, the hinges are new and they are smaller, less pressure on the screen, and the trackpad is amazing. The trackpad on the first generation was my biggest gripe and it is truly amazing on this new one, it is larger and the left\right click and gestures are very precise. I love the black keyboard with the silver back to match the Surface Pro, so stinking beautiful. The lapability is amazing and has great balance on the lap or desk. The Bluetooth is quick to activate from sleep. I have had the keyboard for going on two weeks and I haven't had to charge it yet. The update to USB-C for charging, is a great upgrade as well. The only negative I have is the typing experience and I may have a keyboard that slipped by QA. If you take the keyboard keys and separate it into three quadrants the first and third quadrant (far left and far right) the keys when typing are nice, quiet and smooth. The middle quadrant of keys on the keyboard when typing flexes and it makes an extra clicking sound when typing. I want to hear from others to see how their typing experience is. If I am a lone case, than this keyboard is a winner in my book, game changer. My ratings Design & Visual Look: 10/10 (Weight & Silver back to match Surface / Black Keyboard) *Battery: 10/10 (Bluetooth & waking from sleep) (I haven't had it long enough to run it truly through its paces) Touchpad: 10/10 (Accuracy & Precision) Keyboard: 8/10 (I am hoping that this is just a bad unit, some of the keys click and some flex in the keyboard) Labability: 10/10 (Great balance) Score: 48/50 | Knocked it out of the park with the 2nd Gen keyboard. This is keyboard that should come with the Surface Pro.”

“I purchased the original Brydge 13.3 keyboard for the surface pro 7. My girlfriend liked it so much, I bought her one too, so I was pleased to be invited on the beta test program and to compare the old and the new. The Brydge 12.3 pro gives you the battery life of the surface pro and the ability to have a full laptop without the compromise of the Microsoft Surface Laptop. This new version of the Brydge 123. pro improves on what was already a good product. Improved feet on the base to stop slipping, black face instead of aluminium around keys, improved palm rest area and a usable trackpad fully supporting windows 10 gesture controls. Installing and removing the keyboard is easily achieved allowing the surface to be used as a tablet when required.”

“The biggest frustration you've probably faced with a Surface Pro is trying to recreate the laptop experience. The kickstand makes the footprint too large and with the surface signature keyboard, it isn't stable or really suitable for working on your lap. The Brydge keyboard changes everything and I now have a fully functioning laptop, with fast responsive multi-touch gestures and a subtle but welcome backlight. When docked in the Brydge, the Surface Pro is stable and the hinge feel very secure. I've no problem getting the viewing angle I want. In the hand it feels like a premium product and it's lightweight so it's no problem to take out and about. I've no hesitations in recommending this product for anyone wanting a better laptop experience from their Surface Pro.”

“I was lucky enough to be selected for the beta test group for the +. Having recently moved to a company which uses surface pros - I've been a iPad Pro user for years with a Brydge keyboard of course! - I was struggling with the flimsy keyboard which only supported working where a table was available; not always the case on London commuter trains! The + keyboard is awesome! The typing and touchpad experience is typical Brydge - high quality and responsive. The backlit keys are a huge bonus for the +. I own its predecessor and the lack of this function really inhibited the environments I could work in - not great when you are trying to fit family life around work. All in all I love the product and sits proud alongside my Apple Brydge collection!”

“This product made turned my surface pro four into a surface laptop. What an excellent product. I never use a trackpad, I used to be able to say that. Now all I use is the track pad, all the shortcuts make life so much easier! I am in love with using my device again. Thank you Brydge!”
