“I have been getting annoyed with the Surface-type cover because it's so flimsy, I also wanted to use my Surface Pro 7 as a laptop (even though it's mainly a tablet). I have seen a lot of good reviews about this product and decided to try it out. I have heard that the keyboard might break your screen after some time which made me nervous. I finally got it and I will say I LOVE it. It's really sturdy so I don't feel like my tablet will fall out, the keyboard is heavy to balance between the two. The battery so far is pretty good, has not run out of battery. The backlit keys are great, they are useful and do work. All in all, this feels like a laptop but I can still use my Surface Pro as a tablet, I have not gotten any cracks so my screen is undamaged. I am really happy I got this purchase and wish I got this sooner.”

“The counter weight of the base almost makes you want a proper laptop, but for a space saving option to repurpose a Surface from an office machine to a home laptop, the Bluetooth keyboard is ideal. The finish and quality is excellent. I have not needed to charge the keyboard in the weeks since I received it, and based on current performance I am expecting close to a year per battery charge cycle for casual home use. Overall, very happy with my purchase thus far!”

“I like how it converts to a Laptop, but the weight of the keyboard was way heavier than I expected and no longer is as portable. Would rather use Surface Laptop instead.”

“from the ability to now use my surface pro on my lap; to a backlit keyboard - this truly converts the surface into a laptop while keeping the ability to use it as a tablet. While a tad on the heavier side (and I will have to weigh traveling with it vs the mircosoft keyboard) but seems sturdy enough to handle the wear and tear. I only sad that it took almost a year to find this product!”

“I have a Surface Pro 6 and I found connecting the keyboard to the Surface was not very intuitive. I also have a Surface keyboard but I do not like the keys and the trackpad so I wanted to see if yours was better. The keys and the trackpad were better but the bluetooth connection issues and running our of charge were too much to overcome. I guess I will stick with the Surface keyboard.”
