“AWFUL! I type a lot for work and school. “The look and feel of the Brydge 12.3 Pro+ are good but the rubber clamps that hold on to the screen are super tight, applying a little pressure that causes discoloration. Returned the one I ordered because of this issue which could cause future damage to the screen.”

“When it works and stays connected, it's fine. Big downside is its weight. Even bigger downside is it is impossible to connect to my Surface. Not sure what is going on, or if I got a faulty product.”

“I have had my 12.3 Brydge for about three years. I absolutely hated the dumb, floppy keyboard that Microsoft supplied. The Brydge turns the tablet into a true laptop. The battery life is phenomenal. I had a couple questions early on and tech support was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Do not hesitate to order this product.”

“I received mine for Christmas this year. The box seemed damaged, but the product worked at the time. One of the two hinges broke mid January, but it was still functional. Then the left side of the touch pad broke. Then the second hinge broke and now cannot stand. It was a good product while it was usable, but now I feel like I've wasted $150.”
