“I purchased by Surface X Pro with huge expectations about portability, style, functionality... but soon the flimsy keyboard that comes with it disappointed me to the point of wanting to return the item. I could not, as I was already outside of the return window :P And then I saw news of this keyboard and decided to try it, and I'm glad I did. It's premium-feeling, though heavy, but still it feels nice to carry, to type on. I'm still liking it a lot. It gets disconnected from time to time, and I have to pair again, but still I like it :)”

“Pre-Ordered in early November 2020 and arrived in late February 2021. Worth the wait. It literally transforms my Surface Pro X into a Laptop. I love my Surface Pro X LTE, however, did not have the ability in the MS platform to have the same small footprint LTE and performance in a laptop. Now I have both of best worlds. Good build quality, so far so good, only been about a month. Recommend to anyone who loves the surface platform and a laptop!”

“Product is okay. Thick for what it is. Keyboard clicks are a little vague. Be aware, although site says in stock or “shipping in 3 days” it won’t and you will get an answer from support that shipments from manufacturing are delayed.”

“Looking at the add. Monitor is included. I have no need for a key board without a monitor. Returning for a refund. Thanos to Mason he responded quickly to resolve my issue. Device never left the box. Waiting on return information.”

“the Bluetooth disconnect and when I get back to my computer to wake it up, I have to delete the paired Bluetooth and reconnect in order to get it to work again, this happens several times a day.”

“I don’t know why a mouse connected through Bluetooth wakes my computer but the trackpad on the brydge keyboard does not. I have to hit a key ... wait a second and then it is connected. Very frustrating.”
